the dream destroyer
He came with a machine to destroy everyone's dreams,
and the machine worked.
“Ha! Now nobody will ever have those silly dreams again!” he thought.
But little did he know, that when all the dreams were diminished,
and times were tough for those who didn't conform,
it caused people to dream of a better world.
For every dream he put on hold,
a more urgent one was dreamed in its place.
And the machine could not last forever.
