desire
I am a colossus in my field of dreams
creating my world as whatever I deem
if I want to know how something feels
all I have to do is ponder!
though at night I often wander
along the edge of time's sad stream
and wonder if she is wandering too
or dreaming similar dreams
and while my powers only extend so far
my desire seems to be caught on a star
a tightrope strung between I and it
tighter than strings on a guitar
along which only she could walk
with the prowess of a stalking jaguar
